Servicing areas of Pike, Wayne and Susquehanna PA
With over forty years in the construction and service industry, we understand how hard people work for their money, whether it's at a desk, under the hood of a car or truck, in hospitality, or healthcare. Our mission is to help blue-collar and white-collar workers keep more of their well-earned cash.
We've often heard the phrase "customers pay for experience," but we see it differently. Experience should lower costs because it means learning faster, more efficient techniques and smart trade tricks, allowing us to deliver cleaner, neater, and higher-quality results.
While appearance might not always affect performance, it often does. If visible work looks sloppy, imagine the state of the hidden parts. Some customers might not notice these flaws, especially if they're not mechanically inclined or handy. We've seen too many jobs where people overpaid for what they thought was "good," but anyone with trade knowledge would cringe at crooked or uneven results, leaving us wondering, "How badly did they mess up the rest?"
A common misconception is choosing a big company because "we had three bids, and the smaller company was thousands lower, so it felt safer to go with a higher bid." Ironically, I witnessed this first had. I knew the smaller company and the quality of their work and worked for one of the larger ones. The "extras" the big companies claimed to "throw in" to get the job were included in the smaller company's pricing, as they routinely replaced those things as part of their higher-quality work. The kicker? The two larger companies were owned by the same corporation (along with others in the area), so the bidding often depended on how each salesman viewed the job.
Moral of the story? Do your research—you might be surprised.
